I guess the "shop vac" attachment is a dead give away that this isn't a
real pirate home. But, damn it, this should be on every self-respecting pirate's front porch.
Groundhog. Aka woodchuck, marmot, porch pig... He saw his/her shadow so we now have six more weeks of ninety-three percent humidity.
The fish is just playing dead.
I got this photo before barely escaping with my life. The eastern cottontail eats plants, fruits, vegetables and once it acquires a taste for them; humans!
